The Graduate School of Banking at Colorado (GSBC) partners with the University of Colorado Boulder to deliver a Certificate in Executive Leadership through the Leeds School of Business. Coursework associated with this certification is cumulative to that of GSBC's Annual School Session and/or Executive Development Institute for Community Bankers leadership curriculum, making alumni of GSBC's Annual School Session exclusively eligible.
This certificate builds on leadership concepts introduced to GSBC students, and addresses change management, ethical dilemmas, crises and diversity. Specifically, courses include:
-Creating an Ethical Climate
-Diversity Management
-Conflict Management
-Leading Through a Crisis
-Leading Organizational Change
-Leader Reactions Obstacle Course
A one-day banking curriculum is also delivered by GSBC faculty. Participants experience approximately 23 hours of instruction over the course of three days.
This is an intermediate/advanced level program that is best suited for GSBC alumni, managers, executive officers and regulators of community banks.
